Words are the reason an influx of money happens to exist for publishers. Advertisers utilize the capacity a single word holds, some hold a significant expensive amount while others are considered a low-cost word.

The question is, where do we find these high paying keywords? Of course we have already mentioned about typing into the search browser ‘Expensive Keywords for 2016’. However, what about the keywords which never seem to lose steam? The keywords always ringing in a profit?

Let’s take 2015 for a start…the main keywords for last year was blogs involving Insurance, Mortgage and Loans. Ideally any blogs or sites with information about Home Insurance, Car Insurance or Rental Insurance brought in the most revenue. Typically the type ranking keywords will be arranged in a Top 20 or Top 40 graph. Also you may have noticed that rental properties shot through the roof last year causing quiet a stir.

Now for 2016 typing in ‘High Paying Keywords of 2016’ brings up more blogs than one can go through in a single night. So in terms of pacing yourself, check the first ten blogs that show up and compare which keywords are reappearing. Which keywords pop up more frequently? Which country do you intend to check to see which expensive keywords are being used? A lot of Adsense users forget about that last bit of information. Each country more than likely will have a different list than the next. What about the topic in which you’ve picked to talk about? How will those high paying keywords fit in? Are they even in the same topic range? The questions you need to ask yourself are here, present in front of you. Yet even more questions should be asked about this particular point.

A suggestion would be to make a check list of different countries, writing out which words are on their Top 20 lists. Narrow down to a Top 10 list and pay attention to the criteria they represent.

Take the U.K. Top 20 list which consists of niches like Gambling, Finance, Tech, B2B and Legal. From those topics a subject of 5 different phrases are present, for instance with Finance the high-paying terms are: spreadbetting offers, ftse day trader, open a forex account, online trading practice account and binary options trade. And if you were to check the United States top paying keywords, they would be strikingly different based on what’s ever in trend at the moment.

All of this may seem a bit of a whirlwind but do not allow that to defeat the main purpose. Implementing these high paying keywords into your blog page after page does add up. Also a great way to keep track of which keywords may come and go, create a list of spreadsheet designed to track which keywords have risen in popularity compared to the ones that have dropped in rank after a period of five months.
